Results-driven and experienced Oracle Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
Expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of enterprise systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.
• 10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Oversaw end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Led cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and system administrators, to ensure successful integration of Oracle EBS with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and other systems.
- Managed project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborated with stakeholders and business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Implemented robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinated the deployment and configuration of Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for secure access control and authentication across enterprise applications.
- Managed the deployment and administration of Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) for centralized identity management and directory services.
- Developed and executed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignment, and milestone tracking, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Provided leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
