Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM payroll implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.
In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.
Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, with a strong understanding of the product's capabilities and limitations.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of payroll consultants.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex payroll issues.
