Role Overview
Serve as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultant focused on customer requirements and Oracle Cloud HCM solution mapping.
Support Oracle HCM implementation, support, and managed-services projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather customer business requirements.
- Map requirements and future solutions into Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Conduct solution workshops, CRPs, UAT, and KUT activities.
- Perform system configuration and prepare OUM documentation.
- Support implementation, support, and managed-services engagements.
Required Platform Experience
- Strong functional skills across Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience with Global HR, ORC, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and migration or transition to Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with Learning and Time and Labor modules is an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 7 years of relevant Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
- Experience on implementation and support projects.
- Experience working on Middle East region projects.
- Managed Services or AMS experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
