Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications across Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and ERP modules.
• Manage OCI environments, users, security, networking, and cloud resources.
• Coordinate quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and post-update validation.
• Configure IAM, user provisioning, roles, and security policies.
• Monitor OIC, scheduled processes, integrations, interfaces, application health, performance, and availability.
• Manage VBCS environments, deployments, provisioning, refreshes, cloning, and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and infrastructure issues and coordinate Oracle Support service requests.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability processes.
• Support migration across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Maintain documentation, collaborate with functional and technical teams, and identify automation opportunities.

Required Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and ERP modules.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, and Oracle IAM.
• Cloud environment management, user administration, security and role management, and configuration management.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, data protection, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability.
• Technical documentation, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of IT experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and OCI administration experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Oracle Autonomous Database experience is preferred.
• A customer-focused and proactive approach is expected.
