Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (ME Payroll)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll.
• Gather and document business requirements aligned with Saudi Arabia statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Configure Core HR workforce structures, person management, employment, and related HR processes.
• Configure Saudi Arabia Payroll elements, balances, formulas, statutory rules, and payroll runs.
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration through mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Provide training, troubleshoot incidents, support integrations, and contribute to post-go-live improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, social insurance, and statutory payroll reporting requirements.
• Participate in planning, estimation, status reporting, risk management, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll implementations or support.
• Experience with the end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia HR and payroll business processes.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Oracle Fusion HCM security, workflows, integrations, reports, data migration, and certifications are advantageous or preferred.
