- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and optimise Oracle HCM modules in line with business processes
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, testing, UAT, cutover, and post go live support
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle processes
- Support data migration, reporting, and system integration activities
- Collaborate with technical teams and third party vendors throughout project delivery
- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance across Oracle HCM Cloud
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support Agile project delivery methodologies
Requirements
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate into functional solutions
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM modules
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and system integration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
