Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for Oracle HCM cloud applications
- Design and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning Management
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the applications
- Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively use the Oracle HCM applications
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle HCM technology and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Document all processes and procedures related to Oracle HCM applications for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning Management
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be in Saudi Arabia and have a transferable Iqama
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus

- You will provide expert guidance and support in implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud applications.
