About the Role
Nexttec Technology is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant for a project basis in Abu Dhabi. The role involves designing and implementing Oracle EBS Finance modules, supporting day-to-day finance operations, and providing end-user training.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle EBS Finance modules according to client requirements
- Support day to day finance operations, resolving business and IT reported issues, analyzing root causes, validating accounting setups, and ensuring compliance with finance processes and controls
- Support enhancements, customizations, month end/year end closing activities, reconciliation issues, data correction analysis, user support, testing, documentation, and coordination with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and custom developments
- Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful integration with other systems
- Provide end user training and support during implementation and post implementation phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong functional experience in Oracle E Business Suite Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, iExpense, SLA, AGIS, and financial reporting
- Experience in public sector, banking, or regulated financial institutions
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x, SLA accounting rules, AME/workflows, Oracle Forms/OAF, BI/XML Publisher reports, integrations with procurement/payroll/banking systems, tax/VAT setups, audit support, and Arabic/English business user communication
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle EBS Finance modules according to client requirements

- Should be able to support enhancements, customizations, month end/year end closing activities, reconciliation issues, data correction analysis, user support, testing, documentation, and coordination with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and custom developments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Experience with Jira/ManageEngine and ITIL based support processes is preferred.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Oracle EBS Finance certification is a plus.
