The role requires relevant functional consulting experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Engagement Details
- The engagement is a 6–8 month contract.
Location
- The role is located in Qatar.

Key Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Performance Management, and Learning modules.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
- Experience in UAT, regression testing, and data validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM for a leading client in Qatar.
- Support HR lifecycle processes across Payroll, Core HR, Performance Management, and Learning modules.
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and data validation activities.
- Communicate with and manage stakeholders throughout the consulting engagement.
