- Deep understanding of the full implementation lifecycle
- Proven ability to map business requirements to system functionality
- Hands on experience in Talent Core HR operations, including payroll administration and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in large scale or public sector transformation programs (preferred)
- Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM (highly preferred but not mandatory)
