Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Support Consultant with minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion Financials (all modules) and 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (all modules).
The role provides support, migration and enhancements for Financials modules onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for all Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Tax Management, and Procurement integration.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, apply configurations/patches, and handle enhancements like new setups, process optimizations, and month-end close support.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis for enhancements, data fixes via FBDI/HDL, OTBI report customizations, and FAST Formula adjustments during support cycles.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), user training, UAT for patches/enhancements, and health checks.
- Leverage R12 Financials experience (GL, AP/AR, FA, SLA, Cash Mgmt) for hybrid environments, legacy issue resolution, and migration support.

Experience- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion Financials (all modules).
– Minimum 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (all modules).
– 3+ years in production support/enhancements with SLAs (e.g., 4/6/24 hour resolution).
– Multiple full lifecycle implementations and upgrade projects.
Technical Skills- Fusion setups: BPM Worklists, Security Profiles, FAST Formulas, HDL/FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher, Extracts.
– R12: Form Personalization, Workflow, AME approvals.
– Integrations awareness: REST APIs, OIC basics.
Functional Expertise- All modules: GL (ledgers, journals), AP/AR (invoices, payments), CM (banking), FA (assets), SLA (accounting rules), Tax, Procurement.
Soft Skills- Strong writing skills for RCA reports, enhancement specs (BR100), client communications.
– Shift flexibility for support coverage.
Education & Certs- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related.
– Oracle Fusion Financials Functional or EBS R12 certification preferred.
