- Resource planning and creating work breakdown structure and project plan
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues, arrange workshops with stakeholders
- Regularly update issue management to senior stakeholders and maintain risk log
- Monitor program progress against milestones and make necessary adjustments
- Identify delivery timeline dependencies and proactively act on completing them
- Document all program activities, decisions, changes, and milestones
- Communicate program status, escalated risks, and proposed mitigation actions to stakeholders
- Regularly conduct project governance meetings across all relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- PMP or Prince 2 and Agile Certification mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with banks
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of career level experience

Position Overview
- Position: Junior Project Manager – Risk and Finance domain mandatory
- Location – Onsite (Dubai)
