About the Role
bTranz is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the HCM track, configure and customize Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR), and engage with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead the HCM track, engage stakeholders, and provide strong functional guidance
- Recognized for leadership presence, positive attitude, and sound character
- 7–10 years of experience (flexible for strong leaders)

Job Description

Core Requirements
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR.
