Responsibilities
- Provide end to end leadership for large scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs
- Ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines, while meeting quality and business outcome expectations
- Assume full ownership of program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance
- Define and own the project charter, integrated master plan, and delivery milestones
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and dependencies
- Establish and drive RAID management, governance forums, and change control
- Lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) and executive level reporting
- Oversee testing cycles, cutover execution, go live readiness, and hypercare support
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with a strong track record in project and program management roles
- Successful delivery of multiple full life cycle of (4 5) Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS implementations
- Proven capability to manage multi vendor ecosystems and onsite–offshore delivery models
- Strong exposure to and leadership of On premises Applications to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs
- Demonstrated success across multiple Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations
- Proven end to end delivery ownership, from initiation through hypercare
- Strong command of program governance, financial oversight, and delivery controls
- Experience leading KSA, GCC or/and global enterprise wide ERP transformation initiatives
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud (preferred)
- Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Implementation Framework (preferred)
- Industry Exposure for Energy & Utilities (preferred); experience in Construction or Manufacturing will also be considered

Role Objective

Required Experience Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with a strong track record in project and program management roles.

- Proven capability to manage multi vendor ecosystems and onsite–offshore delivery models.

Must Have Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
- Demonstrated success across multiple Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations.

- Experience leading KSA, GCC or/and global enterprise wide ERP transformation initiatives.
Preferred / Value Add Experience
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud.
