Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) / Oracle Cloud EPM Planning. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solutions.

Oracle Cloud EPM Planning supports enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting , while the traditional EPBCS offering included prebuilt Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Planning solutions.
  • Gather business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting .
  • Configure EPBCS Planning applications, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Work on Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects planning modules.
  • Develop and maintain business rules using Calculation Manager / Essbase calculations .
  • Develop complex calculations using Groovy where applicable.
  • Configure Data Integration / Data Management for inbound and outbound data loads.
  • Develop data mappings, import formats, locations, and integration processes.
  • Work with EPM Automate for automation and administrative activities.
  • Configure security including users, groups, roles, application access, and data-level security.
  • Develop and maintain Smart View reports and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Create dashboards, forms, reports, and business process workflows.
  • Support actual, budget, forecast, and variance reporting.
  • Perform application migrations between development, test, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot calculation, integration, security, and performance issues.
  • Work with Finance/FP&A teams to translate business requirements into EPM solutions.
  • Support production issues, enhancements, UAT, and deployment activities.
