Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions for Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Configure applications, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain Calculation Manager rules, Groovy scripts, and data integration processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build and support Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Financial Planning, and Project Planning modules.
  • Manage metadata, security, and data loads using Data Management/Data Integration.
  • Develop reports using Smart View and management reporting tools.
  • Perform system testing, user training, and production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, ERP, and IT.

Required Skills

  • 3–8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/EPBCS.
  • Strong knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Processes.
  • Experience with Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and Groovy scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Smart View, Data Management/Data Integration, and Essbase.
  • Understanding of metadata management, security, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Workforce Planning and Capital Planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
