Strong experience as an Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS (80% Technical + 20% Functional)
Experience on Oracle EBS Application Object Library, Oracle EBS Workflow, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) , Oracle Alerts & Oracle APEX (Interactive Grid, Dynamic Actions, APEX security , APEX Workflow) ,
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , REST/SOAP Web Services , FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader) , BI Publisher & OTBI Analysis & Dashboards
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database , SQL, PL SQL, Advanced PL SQL and experience in performance tuning
Functional Knowledge on Core HR, Absence Management , Payroll or any other Oracle EBS/Fusion module will be an added advantage
