Optimization & Process Engineering Analyst Co-op (16 Month Term)

Process improvement - Assess current business processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and error rates, improve the client experience, and decrease cycle time.

Process mapping and analysis - Document current-state processes, conduct detailed process analysis, and design future-state process and client journey flows using Microsoft Visio and other process mapping tools.

Collaboration - Partner with team members and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, support solution design, and help implement enhancements.

Project support - Define project requirements and prepare project summaries, including post-implementation reviews and findings from operations centre visits and other data-gathering activities.

Communication and reporting - Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare clear recommendations, plans, and results for management presentations and reporting.

Data and technology - Conduct data collection, time studies, and analysis using statistical techniques and tools such as Python, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI, while applying AI concepts to improve processes and personal productivity.

You are in your third or fourth year of undergraduate studies in a STEM program at a Canadian University and are eligible to complete a 16-month co-op term.
