Operator

The General Operator is responsible for assisting foreman and work crews, regularly operating and maintain equipment on assigned job sites.

Responsible for the installation and or repair of pipeline, live natural gas lines.

• Ability to perform manual and skilled labor safely and correctly.
• Ability to regularly operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assists with setting up and tearing down work zones as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe work zone and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner to the general public and our customers.
• Accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and production.
• Loads and unloads equipment and materials.
• Keeps the worksite clean and organized, free from unnecessary hazards.
• Responsible for properly caring for the equipment assigned to them.
• Maintains a safety-first culture and actively participates in safety training.
• Additional duties as needed.
