Optimize and enhance setup and operating practices on manufacturing equipment by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, testing, and rolling out manufacturing methods to the plant floor.

Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, tools, and equipment layout

Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes

Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Coordinate maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; request special service as needed

Develop, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with improvements on the line.

Lead training of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on the plant floor

Execute design and development projects and complete through training and guiding operators and technicians

Keep equipment operational by operating packaging lines as necessary
