We're hiring a: Operator 1

The operator role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in producing a high-quality product that will be used to enrich the lives of others.

This role is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process using autonomy, mastery and purpose, and works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams.

• Follow work instructions
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product
• Assure product meets all quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet production metrics (takt time)
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times

• High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
