Role overview
Support warehouse operations at a distribution center, including receiving, order preparation, dispatch, stock handling, and value-added services.
The role emphasizes commitment, integrity, empathy, flexibility, customer focus, and cooperation.
Warehouse responsibilities
- Unload, check, and put away incoming consignments.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to requirements.
- Check dispatches and load vehicles against dispatch documentation.
- Perform scanning, wrapping, heat shrinking, labeling, and other value-added services.
- Replenish stock and assist with stock counts, verifications, and assigned projects.
- Use and maintain machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources carefully and efficiently.
- Store goods in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Report stock damage, equipment defects, MHE issues, accidents, and other incidents promptly.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
- Maintain customer service, cooperation, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Work requirements
- Follow standard processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Handle stock and equipment carefully and correctly.
- Support ISO 45001 health and safety and ISO 14001 environmental performance standards.
