• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps, valves, pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, motors, gears, hydraulics, mechanical drives, speed reducers, and related equipment • Diagnose equipment failures and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions • Interpret operating and maintenance manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings • Coordinate and supervise contractor activities while ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and industry best practices • Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and perform root cause troubleshooting • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities for special projects • Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities, equipment history, and work orders • Perform welding, pipefitting, rigging, and related maintenance tasks as required • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality requirements, and applicable codes • Support compliance with Quality Management Systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability and plant performance
