- Lead and supervise the daily operations of Holiday Homes properties
- Ensure smooth guest check ins, check outs, and overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and property readiness
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and maintain high service standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Holiday Homes regulations and company policies
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- UAE experience in Holiday Homes or the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant operations experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Team Leader to manage the day to day operations of our Holiday Homes portfolio.
- The successful candidate will lead the operations team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain property standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
