Job Purpose
Manage Iqama, work permit, and visa processes in compliance with government regulations, ensuring timely renewals, accurate documentation, and continuous employee legal status. Supports stakeholders through effective coordination, emergency handling, and financial processing while maintaining high service standards and operational continuity.
Key Accountability Areas
Iqama Renewal & Compliance Management:
Control and manage Iqama renewal processes via Muqeem.
Develop and maintain Iqama renewal tracking sheets.
Monitor and control shared Excel files for renewal follow-ups.
Address and resolve renewal notices and compliance alerts.
Follow up and close emergency Iqama cases efficiently.
