About the Company

Our client, a global fashion retail brand is seeking talent for their Customer Operations Support team.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for local talent to support the all exciting functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Liaise with retail stores, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within internal systems
  • Handle order follow-ups, returns, exchanges, and customer concerns effectively
  • Monitor recurring operational challenges and escalate when needed
  • Assist in achieving daily operational KPIs and maintaining service quality standards

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience within customer support, administration, or operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or order processing systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
