About the Role
We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPI targets in luxury beauty retail. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail or beauty industry experience, strong product knowledge, and fluency in Arabic and English.

- Consistently achieve and deliver KPI targets
- Develop excellent in store relationships with management/peers
- Ensure planogram implementation as per guidelines
- Ensure product availability is maintained in stores by communicating with store manager
- Know and understand sales achievements, figures and data
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience
- Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable
- Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling
- Experience working in an open sell environment
- Self motivated, committed and goal oriented
- Arabic and English languages required

About the Client

Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in the makeup industry.
- Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.
- Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
- Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling.
- Experience working in an open sell environment.
- Self motivated, committed and goal oriented.
- Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible, friendly spirit.
- Ability to travel.
- Arabic and English languages required.
