- Remote, but travel will be required within the role to our stations across the UK. Reporting to: Senior Operations Support Manager – Insight & Forecasting
- We're seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst to join our Performance & Planning team. You'll be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, supporting global reporting standards, and delivering high-quality performance reporting that drives operational decision-making.

- Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Validate data across operational systems, including Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL and Power BI.
- Support system administration, DCM compliance and month-end reporting.
- Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor regional KPIs and ensure alignment with global reporting standards.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain reporting documentation and provide support for audits, station start-ups and training as required.
About You
You'll have:
Operational experience within the aviation industry (essential).
Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing operational data.
Power BI experience (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel across the region as required.
Desirable: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and experience supporting system implementations or reporting projects.
