Role overview
Swissport is seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst for its Performance and Planning team.
The role transforms operational data into accurate reporting and insight to support operational decision-making.
Workplace and travel
- The role is remote, with travel required to Swissport stations across the UK and region as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational data journey from capture through reporting and insight.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Validate data across Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL, and Power BI.
- Support system administration, DCM compliance, and month-end reporting.
- Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor regional KPIs against global reporting standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and support audits, station start-ups, and training.
Requirements
- Operational experience within the aviation industry is essential.
