We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily waste management operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal activities.

The ideal candidate will lead field teams, optimize operational performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives in waste management services.

• Supervise daily waste collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal operations.
• Lead and manage drivers, operators, and field personnel to ensure productivity and service quality.
• Monitor route performance, fleet utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate operational issues, incidents, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Support budget control initiatives by monitoring operational costs and resource utilization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
