Operations Manager - Waste Management

WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER (WASTE MANAGEMENT)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager – Waste Management to join our team in Qatar.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising day-to-day waste management operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with health and safety requirements, customer satisfaction, and effective utilization of manpower, vehicles, equipment, and other resources.

• Manage and supervise daily waste collection, transportation, segregation, and disposal operations.
• Plan manpower, routes, vehicles, equipment, and operational resources.
• Lead and monitor supervisors, drivers, operators, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and company requirements.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, operational costs, and client satisfaction.
• Handle client requirements, complaints, and operational issues effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with HSE, HR, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments.

✅ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Operations, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.

✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience in waste management, facility management, environmental services, logistics, or similar operations.

✅ Proven experience managing manpower, fleet, multiple sites, and field operations.

✅ Strong knowledge of HSE and waste management practices.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.

✅ Qatar Driving License is an advantage
