Role Overview
Motivate a team to meet targets and productivity expectations aligned with company goals.
Track team attendance and workflow while working with the Shift Manager to identify and resolve issues.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support daily department management and assign work to associates based on workflow and production goals.
- Conduct stand-up briefings, provide feedback, perform floor audits, and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Support training and upskilling for new associates.
- Track, trend, and report departmental metrics and analyze performance against delivery and fulfillment center KPIs.
- Maintain hours and schedules, update Standard Operating Procedures, and improve product flow.
- Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules or shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk during shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
