- Analytical Skills: Capacity to assess data, identify trends, solve operational problems, and recommend improvements based on evidence.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with staff, partners, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Relevant experience in event operations, recycling, sustainability, or facilities management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Abu Dhabi, balancing onsite supervision with remote planning and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and collaboration software.
- Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
