Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor ensures the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to display.

The role supports a premium customer experience through strong back-of-house and sales-floor operations.

Customer Experience and Service

  • Create memorable customer experiences while supporting front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Provide ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service excellence.
  • Balance operational tasks with customer-experience priorities.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead operational training for brand ambassadors on company standards and values.
  • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Support talent discussions, company initiatives, candidate sourcing, and an inclusive professional environment.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate back-of-house and sales-floor processes for operational efficiency.
  • Process incoming inventory, execute price updates, apply EAS devices, and maintain stockroom organization.
  • Manage replenishment, ISOS reports, floor restocking, stockroom reorganizations, and reset initiatives.
  • Lead process-optimization and technology-integration projects.
  • Oversee reticketing, RFID tagging, merchandise returns, and stock checks.

Visual Merchandising and Compliance

  • Collaborate on seasonal visual changes and maintain merchandising, signage, and brand standards.
  • Support risk management and compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of retail supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of retail operations are required.
  • Technology proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office, is required.
  • The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and physical ability to maneuver, lift, and climb as needed.
