Role Overview
Coordinate end-to-end trip support for business aviation clients and aircraft operators, from initial requests through flight follow-up and post-operation support.
Provide proactive planning, real-time problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and compliant operational delivery.
Trip Coordination
- Receive requests, prepare trip files, and confirm that required information has been received.
- Coordinate routing with Flight Planning and verify routes using in-house software.
- Prepare permits, PPRs, slot requests, ground handling requests, and fuel requests.
- Select and coordinate agents and vendors in line with task requirements and company policies.
Flight Operations
- Prepare detailed handovers for the next shift and maintain accurate flight records for operational continuity and billing.
- Monitor every client flight live and respond to operational changes or disruptions.
- Prepare final Flight Briefing documents for clients in liaison with Flight Planning when applicable.
Client and Vendor Support
- Provide clients with regular updates on confirmations and approvals for requested services.
