Corporate Communications Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Produce ghostwritten leadership op-eds, bylines, and feature articles for business aviation trade media.
• Design and run primary industry research with established research firms and specialized aviation trade media.
• Create branded white papers, industry reports, and data-led content that supports PR, ABM, and sales enablement.
• Develop account-based marketing packages for high-value Trip Support and Charter accounts.
• Tailor messaging with Sales and SDR teams and measure ABM asset engagement.
• Plan PR initiatives across the US and GCC markets and coordinate press releases, briefings, interviews, and trade-media features.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate leadership speaking engagements, awards submissions, and conference visibility.
• Track media coverage, share of voice, and PR performance and prepare quarterly reports.
• Research industry, market, regulatory, and competitor developments.
• Produce internal newsletters, leadership cascades, change-management communications, and employee advocacy content.
• Support communications during sensitive situations or crisis scenarios.
• Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and corporate messaging consistency across channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience developing digital, social media, internal, and external communications content.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media relations, public relations activities, and content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, analytics tools, and other digital communication tools.
• Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, or a global service-oriented industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
