Develop software applications, algorithms, and AI solutions to solve critical engineering challenges.
Conduct research and prototype ideas that support Intel’s midterm and long-term technology objectives.
Join Intel Foundry Automation to advance software solutions supporting factory partners and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize software applications and algorithms for strategic technology challenges.
- Prototype and design proof-of-concept solutions.
- Formulate linear and integer optimization models using CPLEX/OPL, AMPL, or GUROBI.
- Explore scalability and decomposition of large-scale MIP and CP models.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and functionality.
- Use data analysis and visualization to derive insights and communicate results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, academic partners, and industry-standardization groups.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software modeling techniques.
