Operations Program Manager - Product Operations

Description

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in dealing with high volume manufacturing
• Strong background working in or with manufacturing environments (factory operations, production readiness, labor workflows, materials management, or related areas)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (or similar)
• Ability to travel up to ~50% to various domestic / international destinations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree from a premier institute
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive or senior-stakeholder settings.
• Experience guiding groups toward consensus and influencing without authority.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or emerging requirements into structured program plans.
• Experience in operations, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, supply chain, or program/project management.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization
• Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge, and having an attention to detail without becoming lost in the details
• Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution
• Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices
