Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor.

The role provides operational support for the Commercial Cards Sales process.

Support standard, complex, and repetitive requests to maintain manageable workloads and limit disruption.
Perform moderately complex duties in a service center or department environment.
Collect data, prepare operational reports, and create input forms for automated processing.
Coordinate projects, furnish information to authorized persons, and provide policy guidance.

Manage client data, prepare business reports, process account requests, and support sales growth.
Gather and maintain client and program data for Commercial Cards Sales Analysts and Account Managers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights to help identify client growth opportunities.
Process account maintenance, amendments, addendums, and onboarding activities within service levels.
Coordinate cross-functional completion of client requests and sales support activities.
Monitor workflow queues, maintain data quality, and support new and existing Commercial Card programs.
