Role Overview
Halvion is seeking an Operations Planning Assistant to support operational planning, scheduling, resource coordination, reporting, and day-to-day execution.
The role supports operations across supply chain, procurement, logistics, sales, finance, and customer service in an international environment.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates according to the description.
- The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly planning, scheduling, forecasting, and short-term operational planning.
- Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, personnel, capacity, workloads, and changing business requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, inventory, orders, production activities, deliveries, milestones, and KPIs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, performance summaries, and information for operational review meetings.
- Analyze trends, delays, bottlenecks, variances, capacity issues, and planning opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service teams on requirements and schedules.
- Update ERP platforms, planning systems, operational databases, calendars, templates, and documentation.
