Role overview

Oversee vehicle distribution operations across KSA, including warehousing, documentation, port clearance, and deliveries.

Ensure regulatory compliance, on-time supply, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business target achievement.

Operational responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational reporting and provide visibility into performance, achievements, and trends.
  • Update KPI dashboards and operational reports for management review through SAP.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Monitor monthly P&L and control costs to achieve net profit targets.
  • Ensure timely vehicle deliveries across showrooms, dealer, and distributor locations in KSA.
  • Ensure vehicle movements comply with safety and quality standards.

Customers, suppliers, and people

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, advice, and operational feedback.
  • Formulate and finalize SLAs with customers and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with management on customer and supplier contracts and review performance regularly.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and development reviews.
  • Implement half-yearly and yearly PDR techniques for staff development.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and computer applications.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
