Role Overview
The role oversees vehicle distribution operations across KSA, including warehousing, documentation, port clearance, regulatory compliance, and delivery to dealer locations.
Success is measured through on-time supply and delivery, cost control, budgeted net contribution, customer relationships, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage timely operational reporting and update KPI dashboards through SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics and supply chain activities.
- Monitor monthly P&L and control costs to achieve net profit targets.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers through email, calls, Teams, and face-to-face contact.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery across showrooms, dealers, and distributors in KSA.
- Ensure vehicle movements comply with safety and quality standards.
- Negotiate and finalize SLAs and contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Conduct staff appraisals, development reviews, and performance development activities.
Qualifications
- A degree in any discipline from a recognized institution is required.
- At least seven years of relevant operations management or related experience is required.
- Proficiency in SAP and computer applications is required.
- Strong logistics knowledge, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are required.
