Operations Manager - Tech solutions (L2)

Manages and leads the team, overseeing day-to-day operations and project activities.

Maintains an insatiable attention to detail in all aspects of project and team management.

Develops and manages budgets for projects and team activities.

You have 08+ years experience in in a technical program management or solution engineering role working with projects in a global matrixed organization

Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent is preferred

Leads and motivates a small number of team members. Focuses region by region or customer by customer basis.

Manages performance, KPIs etc. & enables the One Team + Team Builder​ approach.

Extensive experience with Linux systems; proficient in Docker and/or Podman.

Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python and Node JS/

Expert Knowledge of standard network communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, WS, FTP.

Extensive understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, subnets, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, etc.

Demonstrated Experience with automation tools, especially Ansible experience, preferred. Knowledge of ELK Stack; REST, NGINX, JSON, XML; Message brokers (e.g. MQTT, RabbitMQ, Redis); TypeScript, Python, JavaScript; RTSP feeds; Kubernetes and Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift

Proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently.

Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.
