Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery departments. The role ensures operational efficiency, excellent patient experience, compliance with healthcare standards, and effectiv

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery clinics to ensure smooth workflow and high quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and improvement plans.
  • Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient flow, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with medical directors, department heads, and support teams to improve operational performance.
  • Manage staffing requirements, resource allocation, and operational needs.
  • Improve patient journey and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor clinic capacity, appointments, utilization rates, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
  • Lead and manage operational teams, ensuring performance and accountability.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare/medical company.
  • Proven experience managing operations specifically within Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery clinics.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinic management, and patient experience standards.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and improving operational performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement.
