Role Overview

  • Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi real estate investment and development company based in Riyadh.
  • As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage real estate portfolio, maintenance, procurement, and administrative functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely execution of tasks across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the company's real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Oversee property maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, renovations, and minor construction works.
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchasing, and cost control.
  • Supervise and support employees across different functions, including attendance management, leave administration, recruitment coordination, performance monitoring, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance function to monitor operational budgets, review invoices and payments, and prepare regular operational performance reports.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with tenants, government authorities, legal advisors, external consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with Saudi government regulations, including property related requirements, licenses, registrations, labor regulations, and other statutory obligations.
  • Manage company documentation, contracts, asset records, and confidential business information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the business owner by coordinating selected business related matters.
