Onsite Location Address: 3250 Hoolimalima Pl, Lihue, HI 96766 The onsite Customer Operations Manager focuses on the front-of-the-house operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue, and creating an efficient operation.

This role oversees frontline employees, supports daily operations, and may partner with the Senior Customer Operations Manager to lead a brand, department, or location function.

• The starting salary for this role is $58,000 annually, commensurate of experience.
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 (paid out in 4 increments at 30 days, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months)
