Operations Manager - Material Handling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or material handling environment • Valid driver's license (as required for company operations) • Ability to meet all conditions of employment

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work on uneven surfaces • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, twist, and kneel throughout the workday • Ability to wear required PPE and meet physical requirements of supervised positions • Ability to operate vehicles, hear and communicate safety instructions, and use computers daily
