Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day management and operation of the production yard, ensuring materials, resources and workflows are effectively coordinated
- Manage delivery and execution of marble and natural stone installation projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Provide leadership, guidance and technical support to Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen across multiple projects
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders on operational matters
- Monitor project progress, quality, productivity and programme performance to ensure safe, on time delivery
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and logistics to maximise operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the UAE marble and natural stone industry
- Extensive knowledge of fabrication, handling and installation of all types of marble and natural stone
- Proven experience managing multiple high end marble installation projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership experience managing site teams, foremen and operational staff
- Excellent communication skills in English

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading natural stone and marble company in the UAE.
- Working closely with the commercial and project teams, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations of the company's marble division, ensuring the efficient management of the production yard and the successful on site execution of prestigious marble installation projects acr
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day management and operation of the production yard, ensuring materials, resources and workflows are effectively coordinated.
- Manage the delivery and execution of marble and natural stone installation projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Provide leadership, guidance and technical support to Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen across multiple projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, quality, productivity and programme performance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and logistics to maximise operational efficiency across all projects.
- Resolve technical and operational issues relating to the installation of marble, granite and natural stone finishes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, health and safety requirements and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide technical direction and support project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, resource planning and project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the UAE marble and natural stone industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the fabrication, handling and installation of all types of marble and natural stone.
- Proven experience managing multiple high end marble installation projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership experience managing site teams, foremen and operational staff.
- Excellent client facing skills with experience liaising directly with clients, consultants and main contractors.
- Strong organisational, planning and problem solving abilities.
- Good understanding of quality management, HSE requirements and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
