Job Description
The Operations Manager I coaches and supervises a group of Team Leaders.
The role is responsible for achieving client service level agreement and financial expectations.
Essential Functions and Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain client service level agreements and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Maximize revenue generation through billable-hour data collection, forecasting, budgeting, and related activities.
- Select, train, develop, and manage direct reports and their associates.
- Plan and assign staff work according to organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Manage and review attendance adherence, performance, client scorecard, and operational metrics reports.
- Create and maximize relationships with client partners and attend client business reviews.
- Provide leadership, guidance, corrective actions, and developmental coaching to direct reports.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones to review individual and team performance.
- Create a positive work environment and resolve employee relations issues professionally and promptly.
- Partner with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition on action plans and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices, evaluate staffing needs, and adjust operations to changing requirements.
- Manage a team of Team Leaders.
