Financial Crime Operations helps keep customers and their money safe by resolving issues and flagging potential concerns.
The Operations Manager will build, automate, and scale financial crime systems and workflows from zero to one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build complex FinCrime systems from the ground up.
- Eliminate manual friction with end-to-end automated solutions.
- Drive infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets.
- Own project lifecycles from insight through global execution.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows.
What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Expertise in developing scalable processes.
- A track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects end to end.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed.
- Fluency in English.
